Precautions for the use of waterproof high-pressure blower / fan


Waterproof high-pressure fan in the process of use may have some problems or safety incidents, of course, if you pay attention to some precautions when using will reduce the occurrence of waterproof high-pressure fan failure.


1.  The motor load current will vary with the air pressure used by the high-voltage blower. Wiring should be applied to the overload protection switch of the machine type and used at rated full load current to avoid motor burning. (Please refer to the nameplate on the motor for rated full load current) 


2. Waterproof high-pressure fan continuous operation in the specified range of use, but if close to the high pressure, do not exceed the applicable range, if the use must be close to the closed pressure, it is good to set the pressure release valve in the pipeline, when the use of the line closed, the pressure release valve will release the regulation of air in and out to ensure the life of the waterproof waterproof high-pressure fan. 


   If operating under a closed line, the temperature of the waterproof high-pressure fan will rise sharply, so that continuous operation should be avoided, otherwise deformation or damage may occur, while in closed conditions, or in the continuous use of the range below the wind volume will be limited. If the operation is intermittent, it is good to operate in the air valve switching mode. 


3. Air temperature change of waterproof high-pressure fan: When the air flow is close to the closed state, the temperature will rise sharply, so special attention should be paid to this situation. If the temperature will rise, do not place the waterproof high-pressure fan in a confined room. 


4. Hard object dust, powder mitochondrial, fiber and water droplets should be removed before air enters the waterproof high-pressure fan, can be used to collect dust bags and other ways to deal with. If the filter is installed in the middle of the line, to avoid the loss of buck, use a large area filter and clean up the contaminants in the filter on a timely day. 


5.. The inside and outside of the waterproof high-pressure fan (especially the air path of the cooling fan) should be cleaned in a timely time to remove surface dust. If a large amount of accumulated dust, poor cooling effect will cause the temperature to rise, the air volume to decrease, vibration to increase and cause failure. 


6.Bearing oil seals and silencers are consumables, so there is a certain life, need to be replaced regularly, while the blade shell metal mesh, etc. must also be replaced regularly according to the use of the environment.
